A defamation lawsuit filed by Kosovar businessman Blerim Devolli against BIRN Kosovo has been dismissed after he failed to appear in court. The lawsuit targeted a 2020 investigative report that alleged Devolli had set up shell companies to profit from solar energy schemes.
