Colombian authorities discovered a body in Apulo, Cundinamarca, believed to be 52-year-old Yulixa Toloza, who vanished after undergoing an aesthetic procedure at an unlicensed clinic in southern Bogotá on May 13. Two men have been arrested—Jesús Hernández Morales and Kelvis Sequera Delgado, both Venezuelan nationals—and charged with concealment and evidence tampering. Video footage showed Toloza in poor health immediately after the procedure, pale with breathing difficulties.
