Yulixa Toloza died after undergoing lipolysis at an unlicensed aesthetic clinic in Bogotá's Venice neighborhood in May. Her body was discovered in Apulo, Cundinamarca, by prosecutors; she had been missing since the procedure at what authorities describe as a 'garage aesthetic clinic' operating without proper medical oversight.
