Bucharest's two major airports have installed 10 free drinking water refill stations across terminals, connected to the airports' potable water network. The stations, equipped with bottle-filling devices and fountains, are available in both public and restricted areas. Water quality has been verified as microbiologically pure since February at Henri Coandă Airport, with expansion planned at Băneasa Airport.
