Pakistan's Capital Development Authority launched an investigation into Al-Mustafa Tower in Islamabad's Sector F-10 after discovering that public amenity spaces including a gym and recreational areas were illegally sold by the former builder, depriving over 320 families of facilities. The probe will examine potential negligence or misconduct by CDA officials, as the management committee overseeing the building—established under Islamabad High Court orders in 2019—had become dysfunctional.
