The U.S. Treasury Department has removed UN human rights expert Francesca Albanese from its list of sanctioned individuals, following a federal judge's temporary block of the sanctions on First Amendment grounds. The sanctions had been imposed after Albanese criticized Israeli military operations in Gaza.
