Venezuelan police have captured three Colombian citizens wanted by Bogotá authorities in the death of Yulixa Toloza, a woman who died after undergoing lipolysis at an unlicensed beauty clinic in the Tunjuelito district. The suspects—identified as clinic owners María Fernanda Delgado Hernández and Edinson José Torres Sarmiento, plus a third accomplice—were arrested in Maracay and Portuguesa states after security camera footage showed Toloza being removed unconscious from the facility and placed in a vehicle. Her body was later found on a roadside in Cundinamarca; Colombian authorities have formally requested extradition.
