C ementos Argos is advancing in one of the most important transformations in its corporate history. The company plans to separate its operations in the United States and Latin America in order for each business to have an independent strategy, focused on different markets and investor profiles. Tomás Restrepo, Executive Vice President of Cementos Argos, explained that the intention is to create two differentiated platforms: one focused on the US materials market of construction, particularly aggregates, and another focused on the growth and efficiency of the Latin American operation.
