Man held for deportation after failure to identify: South Euclid Police Blotter Upon a traffic stop for a stop sign violation April 30, the driver said that he did not have a driver’s license. He said that the car belonged to his brother and he only provided officers with an international passport. Officers could not properly identify him with the passport, so University Heights police brought a fingerprint scanner to the scene, but that too proved unsuccessful.
