In just a few weeks, the food requirement for Swedish restaurants will be abolished. Then they no longer need to offer cooked food from their own kitchen to serve alcohol. "Let the people dance and drink," says restaurant visitor Lotus Saxe, who is jubilantly positive about the change in the law.
