Spanish automaker Ebro has launched the s700 PHEV, a plug-in hybrid SUV targeting buyers seeking an alternative between pure electric and combustion engines. The vehicle offers 90 kilometers of electric range, a 205 kW combined powertrain, fast-charging to 80% in 19 minutes, and a starting price of €28,990.
