General Alexus G. Grynkewich, the supreme commander of NATO forces in Europe, said on Tuesday that the U.S. decision to withdraw an armored brigade of 5,000 soldiers from Europe will not affect NATO's regional defense plans, following a meeting of the alliance's Military Committee.
